2026 Speaker Call for Proposals

Proposal Deadline: January 7, 2026

The California Assisted Living Association is now accepting proposals for our 2026 conferences, and we’re on the hunt for bold voices, breakthrough ideas and speakers who can spark real change.

In 2025, 1,500-plus senior living professionals will have come together at our conferences – curious, motivated and eager for insights they can takeback and put into action. In 2026, you could be the one lighting up the room.

We’re curating sessions that are future-focused, solution-driven and packed with energy. We’re looking for dynamic speakers with expertise in wellness, technology, leadership, dementia care, marketing, regulatory issues, business strategy and more. If you have bold ideas, real-world experience or fresh solutions, this is your chance to take the stage and energize a room full of senior living professionals hungry for insight.

At this time, CALA is seeking proposals for:

• Spring (Sacramento): June 1 – 3, 2026
• Fall (Palm Springs): November 2 – 4, 2026
