Recruiting and retaining strong teams starts with understanding today’s compensation landscape. CALA’s 2026 Compensation Study is now collecting data to deliver one of the most comprehensive California-specific salary and benefits resources for Assisted Living, Memory Care and CCRCs.
By participating, your organization helps strengthen the accuracy and value of the final report, with benchmarking by community type, size, employee count and geographic region across California. The survey opened May 21, and participants will receive discounted pricing on the final report when it is released in September 2026.
