CALA members know from experience that well thought out, comprehensive disaster plans are vital to ensuring the safety of residents and staff. Because of this, many of the ideas gathered in Tips for Disaster Planning Offered by CALA Members go above and beyond the lawís requirements for disaster preparedness. CALA encourages all of its members to review their disaster plans regularly and train staff on a continual basis to ensure everyone knows how to respond in an emergency situation.
