Did You Know?

That the fire clearance law for “bedridden” residents has changed (thanks to CALA) and new regulations are now in effect? CALA led the effort to change the law and get reasonable regulations in place.

That the Department of Justice has stopped making the required elder abuse reporting training materials available to licensees for the time being? CALA can help members get the info they need to meet this statutory training requirement.

That CALA has made demonstrating regulatory compliance a top priority and has launched a Quality Enrichment Initiative that includes a comprehensive compliance audit members can use independently or with an expert third-party consultant?

Fee Structure

$26 per RCFE Licensed Unit, $260 minimum per location

CALA Member companies are required to enroll all California RCFEs into membership. One primary member/contact at each location receives all mailings. All employees at each location are considered members for conference and product pricing.
