CALA's Excellence in Service Awards

CALA members are continually setting standards of excellence, demonstrating superior achievements and delivering outstanding care to residents in Assisted Living communities. In an effort to recognize and support outstanding service, while encouraging continued dedication and commitment in the field of Assisted Living, we are pleased to announce CALA's Excellence in Service Awards to be presented at CALA's 2010 Conferences.

Excellence in Service Award Categories:

Outstanding Caregiver - This award shall be presented to an exceptional caregiver that has provided outstanding care and demonstrated an excellent commitment to those entrusted to their care.

Outstanding Team Member - This award shall be presented to an exceptional team member that has provided outstanding service and demonstrated a strong commitment to the residents and community. Non-caregiver, non-salaried employees from all departments are eligible for this award.

Outstanding Executive Director - This award shall be presented to an exceptional executive director that has provided outstanding service and demonstrated a strong commitment to the residents and community.

Award Highlight:

  • Nominations for 2010 are closed.
  • Submissions will be reviewed by a selection committee.
  • Honorees will be announced and recognized at CALA's 2010 conferences.
  • Honorees will be featured in an article in the CALA Bulletin.
  • A press release and picture will be provided to each award winner's Assisted Living community.
