Protecting the health and well-being of residents is of utmost importance to Assisted Living providers. Implementing programs that support both resident and staff wellness, incorporate health precautions to reduce the risk of outbreaks, and have control measures in place should an outbreak occur, is critical to that process. Also important is timely and effective communication with residents, staff, family members and the community-at- large.
