New Law Implementation Plans

New laws go into effect on January 1st of each year. It can take years, however, for the new statutory requirements to be reflected in RCFE regulations. Some changes are "self-implementing" and never go into regulation.

How can you stay on top of these changes and have a clear understanding of your responsibilities and how your LPA will be enforcing new laws?

This members only section of the CALA website will keep you informed. In addition to Bulletin and email alerts of new laws and implementation procedures, CALA will continue to archive DSS Chaptered Legislation Implementation Plans accessible by year and topic.
